Nero came to work stating that they have spoken with the estate agent who stated that the timeframe for the termination of a letting contract was 28 days. The RTB said 84 days. We have decided to sent the letter using the larger timeframe to avoid legal issues and that we could still sent a letter with the shorter timeframe if needed.
On another note, some gay man is extremely flirting with me. That is actually flattering.
